Rafael Mendes Gomes

Rafael is a jurist with more than 23 years of professional experience, primarily in the fields of compliance and corporate governance. A graduate of the University of São Paulo (USP), Rafael serves as a professor in multiple university programs, has worked at prestigious law firms, and has held positions as director, legal vice-president, and Chief Compliance Officer in multinational companies such as Sun Microsystems and Walmart. Until recently, he performed the role of Executive Director of Governance and Compliance at Petrobras.
